Introduction 1. personal introduction (Pascal)
Description My name is Pascal, i'm living in Germany (Nuremberg) and i was in search of an analog mixing console with total recall. I read in the magazine keyboard 1997 an interview with the famous german producer Harold Faltermeyer who bought a Euphonix CS2000. Twenty years laters in 2016 I bought a used Euphonix CS 2000 in Norway. Since I had from time to time questions / operating problems / technical problems with the mixing console, (built in 1996), I looked for advice on the internet. I found the euphonix forum on facebook. However, this Euphonix forum seems to be "unstructured" and the comments unfortunately often "not useful". Therefore I create this knowledge base. Mr.Bremer, "the" luminary around the Euphonix CS-2000 in the German speaking countries, former Euphonix CS2000 technician, has kindly agreed to build the knowledge base with all his valuable knowledge and experience. Thank you again for this. Without him, this website would not have been created. I think the Euphonix CS2000 will remain unique and uncopyable, just like all other great sounding analog mixing consoles and other analog hardware, despite digital progress. We welcome every Euphonix Club member who shares the magic of this analog technology with us. Thank you for Mr. Dolenga for all the Schematics. He is also one of our experts and "power user" with a lot of experience and helps me newly a lot!
