Problem - Es108

Description

Try this: -> Have a look inside and check if the voltage is correct. Mr. Bremer has find out that the patch cabel (5 black cable + 1 blue cable + 1 white cable + 1 yellow cable + 1 red cable) inside of the ES108 has a problem. The problem is the connection between the connector and pinson the boards. Mr. Bremer said that it's necessary to solder the cable directly on the pin to have a good contact.. The red cable which goes to the front panel has only 4.9 volt instead of 5.0 Volt. And this causes the booting problem. It is necessary to solder the red cable directly to the pin without the connector. 04.11.2021 I have two Es108a and have always booting very nervous error. Mr. Bremer (now he is married -> Mr. Meschkat) has the solution!!! It was the cable inside the ES108a which goes from rear to the front panel. The molex on both ends are the problem. Some cables have no contact with the molex! On the third photo you can see that i have beginn to add solder at the black cables. You have to do it with all cables then the problem goes away! First remove the cables and remove the isolation. Than add solder to have a good contact which the molex connector.
